8th Annual E.O. LeBlanc Memorial Lecture

UWI Open Campus Dominica, in collaboration with the Division of Culture, invite you to join us for the Eighth Annual E.O. LeBlanc Memorial Lecture, which forms part of the Independence Calendar of Activities for 2020.

This year, our presenter is Hon. Alix Boyd-Knights and she will speak on the topic: “Traditional Cuisine.” Through a unique blend of discussion of recipes, local ingredients, nutritional facts, culture and history, Hon. Boyd-Knights will examine Dominica’s traditional foods. She will focus on cuisine that has been handed to our people through generations, and she will highlight the need for us to preserve such culinary traditions.
