Job Description
KD Logistics on behalf of a client is now recruiting for the position of Main Cook. If you are honest, hardworking and an enthusiastic individual, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates must be customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. They must be flexible enough to work various shifts, weekend and holidays. They must also be in possession of a valid Food Handlers Permit.
Responsibility
- Preparation of Meals to include Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Dinner Ability to cater for large events
- Ability to manage and purchase fresh produce and general kitchen inventory in an effort to minimize wastage and control food cost
- Ability to manage Staff & Kitchen duties and operations, enhancing a team spirit work environment
- Ability to manage and maintain good hygiene practices
Experience and Qualifications
- At Least 5 CSEC Subjects, inclusive of Proficiency passes in Maths and English
- A Clean Police Record
