Ground Handlers Limited offers an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Agents. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in challenging conditions. Knowledge of another language and prior airline experience are advantages.

Responsibility

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Lift and manage heavy loads as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adapt to changing situations and withstand inclement weather.

Experience and Qualifications

• Tertiary Education
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated to customer service
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Able and willing to lift heavy load
• Ability to withstand inclement weather
• Clean police record
• Knowledge of another language is an asset
• Prior experience in the airline industry is an advantage
