Operations Assistant

Job Description

MaxMart is now recruiting for the position of Operations Assistant. If you are an honest, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual. We want to hear from you. Ideal candidates must be customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. They must be flexible enough to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays. They must also be in possession of a valid Drivers License.

Experience and Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills are essential to manage tasks efficiently. keep track of inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• The ability to communicate clearly and courteously is crucial.
• A focus on providing excellent customer service is vital
• Accuracy is critical when handling transactions, updating records, and managing inventory.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with computer systems (Microsoft Word and Excel) and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• The job may require standing for long periods, lifting and carrying Items, and other physical tasks. Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderately heavy objects is necessary.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial to the role.
