Job Description

Atlantique View Resort & Spa is hiring a Receptionist dedicated to creating positive first impressions and ensuring a smooth check-in process. This role is great for someone with strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibility

• Greet guests upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out processes
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about resort facilities and services
• Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
