Charles’s agricultural ventures led him to hold pivotal positions, including Chairman of the Dominica Banana Marketing Corporation (DBMC) and President of the Windward Islands Banana Growers Association (WINBAN). Public Service: Besides his agricultural contributions, Charles served in various capacities within the state, including as Chairman of the Police Service Commission (PSC).
