Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and manage front-of-house interactions.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate processing of payments.
- Prepare food items to KFC standards, maintaining high quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Manage food safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards.
- Assist with food prep, cooking, and packaging orders efficiently.
- Maintain communication and speed to optimize guest experience.
Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role would be a plus
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and excellent time management skills
