Join the L'Homme Business Heritage Group as a dedicated Kitchen Staff member, where you’ll assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support service efficiency. Responsibility
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock to the head chef.
- Assist in developing new menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferably residing in Roseau or nearby areas (Pointe Michel - Mahaut).
- Experience is an asset.
- Willingness to undergo training required.
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology.
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with co-workers.
- High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
