Foufou Tèt-blè, Madam Beké (Blue-headed Hummingbird)

The Foufou Tèt-blè, Madam Beké (Blue-headed Hummingbird – Riccordia bicolor), with its striking blue head, is native to Dominica’s rainforests. Often spotted around the Botanic Gardens, Emerald Pool and Kalinago Territory, it feeds on nectar and contributes to plant pollination.
