Job Description
Secret Bay is seeking a Pool Technician to ensure our resort’s pools are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining pool systems, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. If you have experience in pool maintenance, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibility
- Clean and maintain resort pools to ensure guest safety.
- Test water chemistry and balance chemical levels as needed.
- Inspect pool equipment for damage and perform repairs.
- Monitor and maintain pool filtration and heating systems.
- Keep accurate records of pool maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to guest concerns or requests related to pool use.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in pool maintenance and water treatment.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning and filtration systems.
- Ability to balance pool chemical levels and maintain water quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
- Familiarity with pool safety regulations and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
