NBD Scheduled Service Interruption, NOV 5, 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

To continue providing you with the best possible banking experience, The National Bank of Dominica Ltd. (NBD) will conduct a planned system upgrade on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

This will result in a temporary service interruption affecting the following services:

  • NBD ATMs
  • NBD Debit Cards
  • NBD Online and Mobile Banking (MoBanking and Bank-a-net)

Please note that NBD Credit Cards and Point of Sale (POS) services will remain available and unaffected.

NBD understands that service interruptions can be inconvenient, and we are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process. Our Team will work diligently to restore full functionality as quickly as possible, with minimal impact to your banking experience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding during this upgrade period. As soon as services are fully restored, we will reach out to inform you.
