Responsibility
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Ensure timely production of baked goods
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in pastry or cake baking
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Creativity and attention to detail in decorating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of food safety standards
