Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
- Manage staff schedules and provide team leadership
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the executive chef for menu planning and execution
- Uphold service quality and guest satisfaction standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Train and mentor food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
