Responsibility
- Planning units of work from prescribed syllabus
- Delivering instruction to designated classes as per timetable
- Evaluating students’ performance in relation to the objectives of the course
- Maintaining student’s records as required by the College
- Supporting the Faculty Dean in miscellaneous institutional strengthening activities
Experience and Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Visual Art
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons in alignment with curriculum standards.
- Teacher training qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Visual Art as a trained teacher, preferably at the secondary school level or above.
- Strong pedagogical skills with a focus on inclusivity and meeting diverse classroom needs.
- Proven academic leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Satisfactory professional upgrading or publication
- Proven success in teaching
- Computer literacy
- Good Team player
