  • Support ECAMC’s Disposition Activities: Assist with local marketing initiatives, arrange viewings of collateral properties, and support the execution of property transactions, ensuring smooth conduct of all related activities.
  • Liaise with Third Parties: Liaise as directed with third parties, including debtors, law firms, real estate agents, valuers, and contractors, to support the ECAMC’s efficient management and expeditious disposition of acquired assets.
  • Manage Document Handling: Oversee the secure and timely delivery, collection, and transmission of documents between local parties and the ECAMC’s headquarters in Antigua, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure Effective Communication: Maintain consistent communication with ECAMC’s headquarters, providing written reports as necessary, timely updates, addressing issues, and coordinating next steps to ensure seamless conduct of ECAMC’s affairs in Dominica.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications or certification in property management or business administration will be considered an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Equipment: Access to a laptop is mandatory for this position.
