Caribbean Commercial & IP Law Practitioners is seeking a skilled Attorney-at-Law to provide legal representation, advisory services, and court advocacy. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), an LEC, and at least three years of active practice. Responsibility

• Provide legal representation and advisory services to clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
• Represent clients in court, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from a recognized law school.
• A minimum of three (3) years of active legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Family Law, Contract & Land Law.
• Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
