Your role will include managing financial transactions, preparing expense reports, and supporting our accounting operations. Responsibility
- Manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement processing.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial transactions in internal systems.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures
- Strong mathematical skills and numerical error detection
- Practical experience with MS Office and accounting software
- Organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
