The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba invites applicants from the Commonwealth of Dominica to apply for a scholarship program for the 2024 academic year beginning February 2024.
The Requirements for the Award of a Scholarship Are as Follows:
- Must be a citizen of the Commonwealth of Dominica
- Must be under the age of 25
- Certified Copy of the degree and transcript from pre-university
- Original birth certificate
- Original medical certificate issued by the Ministry of Health
- Original Police record certificate
- 10 carnet type photos 1×1
All documents in English must be translated into Spanish and must be legalized by the Ministries of Education and Justice.
Documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Planning by November 30, 2023.

Public officers must apply through their Heads of Departments.
