The National Bank of Dominica Ltd. wishes to inform its customers that the Bank has
upgraded its Visa Debit card at no cost to the customer. The new debit card will be
equipped with both chip and contactless technology that will provide an extra layer of
fraud protection for card-present transactions.
Customers can collect their card at NBD’s Bayfront Branch during normal banking hours
and this Saturday 20’1′ August 2022 at NBD’s Bayfront Branch from 9:00a.tn to 4:00p.m. If
you wish for your card to be collected at our Portsmouth Branch or reside abroad, contact
the Bank at 255-2300, WhatsApp 265-2300, email, or send a secure message via
MoBanking to discuss your options.
Customers are also advised to bring the following when collecting your card so that, if
necessary, your account information can be updated.
- A valid government issued ID (e.g passport, driver’s license or Social Security card).
- Proof of your address (E.g utility bill, employment letter, bank statement or lease
agreement). - Any other document confirming a change to the current information we have for
you on record (e.g marriage certificate for name change).
