ePassport Mobile Unit: USVI & St. Martin/Maarten

The Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs in the Commonwealth of Dominica is pleased to announce to all its citizens residing in overseas territories that the processing of ePassport Applications for the Commonwealth of Dominica via the Mobile Application Units will commence on the date, time, and country as follows:

French St. Martin and Dutch St. Maarteen

  • June 20th, 21st and 22nd – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • June 23rd – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Duncan’s Law Office, Philipsburg, St Maarten

St. Thomas, USVI

  • Monday, 27th June to Thursday, 30th June, 2022, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily
  • Gomez Elementary School located next to Metro Motors

St. Croix, USVI

  • June 27th and 28th – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • June 29th – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Marion’s Hall at St. Ann Church, Barren Spot

St. JOHN, USVI

  • Thursday, 30th June, 2022, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Catholic Church Office

How to Apply

  • Download the passport application form by visiting www.dominica.gov.dm/forms.
  • Submit payment for the passport ($150 – adult | $75 – children under 16), in person or via e-Payment www.epayment.dominica.gov.dm.
  • Along with the completed application form, the following documents are required:
    1. Two passport-sized facial photos – Photographs can be taken onsite by a member of the mobile team.
    2. Original copies of Birth certificate
    3. Original copies; Marriage certificate, Certificates of Naturalisation, Adoption Certificates, Birth Certificate of parent where the circumstances warrant
    4. Original Copies of Decree Nisi (In the case of a divorced woman)
    5. Original translated certificates, where applicable
    6. Payment receipt for online transactions
