NBD’s 13th AGM of Shareholders – 13th June, 24

Notice is hereby given that the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the National Bank of Dominica Ltd. will be held on Thursday, 13^th June 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the St. Alphonsus Parish Hall in Goodwill, Dominica, for the following purposes:

1. To consider the Chairman’s and Directors’ Reports for the year ended June 30^th, 2022.
2. To consider the Managing Director’s Report for the year ended June 30^th, 2022.
3. To review the Minutes of the 18^th Annual General Meeting held on November 18^th, 2022.
4. To consider Matters Arising from Minutes of the 18^th Annual General Meeting held on November 10^th, 2022.
5. To receive the Report of the Auditors and consider the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30^th, 2022.
6. To present a statement on Dividends for the financial year ended June 30^th, 2022.
7. To fix the remuneration of the Directors.
8. To appoint the External Auditors for the year ending June 30^th, 2023, and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
9. To transact any other business that may properly be brought before an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
