Any customer who wishes to negotiate a foreign currency transaction (e.g. convert foreign currency to local or vice versa) must be the holder of an account with the National Bank of Dominica (NBD) Ltd. The Bank will undertake the following procedural change with immediate effect to allow for full compliance with Customer Due Diligence/Know-Your-Customer (KYC) industry guidelines.
