Project Goals and Components

The Caribbean Digital Transformation Project is structured around four main components:

1. Digital Enabling Environment: This involves creating a conducive environment for the digital economy to thrive, fostering competition, innovation, and security in online transactions.
2. Digital Government Infrastructure, Platforms, and Services: This component is focused on public sector modernization and delivering digital public services to individuals and businesses.
3. Digital Skills and Technology Adoption: Aimed at equipping individuals and businesses for future economic demands, this component focuses on innovation, productivity growth, and adopting a regional approach to digital skills development.
4. Project Implementation Support: This includes support for national and regional Project Implementation Units (PIUs) in managing and implementing the project and associated activities.

CARDTP Grant Opportunities
