Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize bakery areas, equipment, and tools
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling bins
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Maintain a hygienic and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with kitchen cleaning after baking activities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Support team members in maintaining overall bakery hygiene
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage
- Physical ability to handle cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
