Sutton Place Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Cook eager to grow and excel in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate will follow instructions diligently, adhere to safety standards, and thrive as part of a dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibility
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Follow health and safety protocols in food handling and preparation.
- Assist in stocking and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Adapt quickly to the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as cook.
- Communication Skills I Team skills.
- Stock management skills / Food handlers certificate.
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
