Responsibility
- Assist guests with dive equipment rentals and returns
- Manage bookings and reservations for dive activities
- Provide information on diving experiences and safety guidelines
- Maintain and inspect dive equipment for safety and functionality
- Ensure dive shop is clean and well-organized
- Promote dive activities and excursions to guests
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of diving equipment and safety procedures
- Passion for diving and marine activities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
