Blue Element Provides a Training Ground for Freediving

With Soufriere Bay acting as its natural training ground, Blue Element Freediving benefits from ideal conditions, including water temperatures above 26°C, visibility exceeding 20 meters, and no depth limitations just meters from shore. This rare combination allows both beginner freedivers and elite athletes to train year-round in Dominica’s Eco-Tourism capital, known for its Marine Reserves and Protected Areas.

From introductory freediving sessions for tourists to personalized elite coaching programs for professional athletes, Blue Element Freediving offers it all.
