Pagua Bay Bar and Grill is the restaurant and bar of the Pagua Bay House Oceanfront Cabanas. Dominica is often referred to as the “Breadbasket of the Caribbean” due to its abundance of tropical fruits and vegetables. As proud members of the community, we adamantly support the hard-working farmers who raise the animals and grow the fresh produce featured at our restaurant.

We take a farm-to-table approach, using local products whenever possible. You’ll find them in everything from our main dishes to our fresh baked goods, jellies, ice cream, soups, and other handcrafted meals. We believe fresh ingredients make all the difference. And we think you’ll agree.

Pagua Bay Bar & Grill offers a full complement of beverages including a variety of wine by the glass, cold beer in a frosty mug, and fresh local juices that make our specialty drinks all the more special. Choose from a variety of local island rums or head straight to paradise with our renowned Centipede Rum Punch.
