SMP's efforts include maintaining the clinic's infrastructure, sourcing necessary supplies, and developing supportive services like medical transport. The project extends to educational initiatives for community health awareness, training for clinic service, and advocacy for the community's equitable healthcare access. The clinic, staffed by SMP student volunteers, is situated on Dominica's northeastern side, with transport arranged for the volunteers' clinic days.
