The Dominica Lotteries Commission (DLC) is the regulatory authority overseeing all lottery and gaming activities within Dominica. Established on February 7, 1994, under the Dominica Lotteries Commission Act No. 10, the DLC ensures that all gaming operations adhere to national laws and regulations, promoting fair play and transparency.
Dominica Lotteries Commission Management and Operations
In August 2007, the DLC entered into a management contract with CBN Dominica Inc., a Canadian Banknote Company Limited subsidiary. This partnership was formed to enhance the efficiency and reach of the Dominica National Lottery (DNL). CBN Dominica Inc. manages the day-to-day operations of the DNL, introducing technological advancements and various gaming options to the public.
