The Northern Link Road connects the villages of Thibaud, Vieille Case, and Penville on its northern route, passing through areas like Gommier and L’Autre Bord. Along its eastern to western route, it features estates such as Delaford Estate, Harrogate Estate, Degazon Estate, Bernard Estate, and Everton Hall Estate.
Features Along the Northern Link Road
The road climbs over Morne aux Diables, providing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby islands of Guadeloupe and Les Saintes. As it winds through the rugged terrain of Saint John Parish, the road offers access to natural landmarks like Cold Soufriere and Bwa Nef Falls and rivers such as Celestin Brenner River and Aouya River. The road is known for its steep and narrow zig-zags, making it a thrilling drive for adventurous travellers. The route passes through the picturesque Saint John Parish, meandering along the Manicou River, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, including Morne Brulés and Morne Destinée.
