Saint Peter Parish
Saint Peter Parish is one of the 10 major administrative divisions in Dominica. The parish has a population of about 1,500 people living in an area of 27.7 km2 – making it one of the smallest on the island of Dominica.
There are only three major settlements in Saint Peter Parish and these are –
- Colihaut
- Dublanc
- Bioche
The entire parish is bordered to the north by Saint John parish, and to the south by Saint Joseph parish, and also to the east by Saint Andrew parish.
With the current plans of the government to implement economic and infrastructural development in the parish, it is hoped that the entire area will begin to witness dramatic expansion and growth in terms of people and amenities.
