It connects Bath Road, High Street, and Turkey Lane and serves as the only access to Citronier and the Villages of Eggleston and Giraudel. The Roseau Public Library (also known as Dominica Public Library), established initially as the Victoria Memorial Library in 1902, was later moved to a building funded by Andrew Carnegie in 1906.
