The harbour includes an 800-foot main wharf with a width of 60 feet, extending up to 300 feet, and a depth of 32 feet alongside. The inner main wharf extension measures 300 feet with a minimum depth of 26 feet, capable of accommodating large vessels like the Emerald Princess and Queen Mary II​.
