The Lineman Training Programme by Dominica Electricity Services Ltd. (DOMLEC) offers aspiring electrical professionals a structured pathway into linework and utility maintenance. Beginning April 1, 2025, this program requires a high school diploma and an associate’s degree (or equivalent) in electrical or electromechanical engineering. Applicants must submit three letters of reference and complete registration by February 28, 2025. The training equips individuals with hands-on expertise for careers in electrical linework and power distribution.
