Job Description

American Canadian School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Dean or other executives. Proficiency in MS Office, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Thrive in a dynamic environment, independently delivering exceptional performance. Responsibility

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Dean or other level executives. This includes managing the executive’s calendar, coordinating travel, preparing documents and reports, handling confidential information and managing special projects as assigned by the Dean. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, and external partners.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills,
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling complex information. Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
