Job Description

Fort Young Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Server. In this role, you will make sure that guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience. Responsibility

• Greet guests and present menus, taking accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience and respond to any needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks or items as requested.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or large parties.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
