Job Description
Fort Young Hotel seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for hospitality and excellence. Oversee our dining operations, mentor our team, and enhance guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and driving the success of our food and beverage services.
Responsibility
- Supervise food and beverage service to ensure quality and consistency
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and procedures
- Manage inventory and control beverage costs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage service and supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
