Job Description
L'Homme Business Heritage Group is seeking Garden Technicians who are committed to creating beautiful landscapes and sustainable gardens. If you have a background in agriculture or practical gardening skills (living in Dominica's interior or Kalinago Territory), we’d love to hear from you! This role offers an opportunity to work closely with nature while developing your skills in garden management.
Responsibility
- Operate machinery and equipment for manufacturing processes
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to standards
- Assist in packaging and storage of finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines in manufacturing
Experience and Qualifications
- Certificate or Associate Degree in Agriculture is a plus
- Knowledge in agriculture: plant care, pest control, and soil treatment
- Preferably residing in Kalinago Territory, Atkinson, Belles, or nearby areas
- Practical experience in gardening and with machinery
- Willingness to undergo training (if required)
