Ground Handlers Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Officer to join their team! In this role, you'll help manage HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. If you’re passionate about HR and ready to take on a dynamic role

Responsibility

• Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
• Manage employee relations and resolve issues.
• Handle benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain HR records and update databases.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and evaluations.
• Facilitate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Minimum associate degree in business management, or certificate in human resources.
• Experience in human resources management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and labor laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
