Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Administrator on customer-related matters - handling internal and external customer queries, scheduling, correspondence handling, and the arrangement of document courier services.
- Assist with various financial duties, including but not limited to: preparing payroll, customer statements, bank deposits, audit procedures, and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and process reports on the Canefield Service Station Bulk receivables, payments, and issuing of receipts and reports on debtors and creditors and rectify discrepancies.
- Data entry and the processing of sales sheets and bulk delivery receipts and maintaining bulk charge accounts and issuing monthly statements.
- Oversee the Pump Attendants' scheduling, end-of-shift cash count, and shift reports.
- Carry out monthly and year-end inventory checks at the Canefield Service Station
Experience and Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting or continuing coursework towards a professional Accounting designation (ACCA, ACCA-CAT, etc)
- Minimum 5 CSEC/GCE or CXC subjects, inclusive of Mathematics & English.
- A minimum of (2) years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite
