Responsibility
- Customer Support & Service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist customers with product/service troubleshooting, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information on product maintenance, repairs, and replacement options.
- Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling.
- Coordination with Internal Teams.
- Work closely with the service, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth aftersales processes.
- Documentation & Reporting.
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in aftersales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
