Job Description

FLOW is recruiting an Associate Manager, B2B Sales to manage its Business Solutions portfolio across Enterprise, SME, and Government clients. This position is ideal for professionals with target account selling, ICT expertise, and sales leadership experience who want to drive business growth in a dynamic industry.

Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the B2B sales and service team to drive market growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Enterprise, SME, and Government clients
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and other B2B leaders to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients
  • Ensure the successful execution of ICT solutions and value proposition selling
  • Manage target account selling (TAS) and strategic business initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and key business metrics
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance sales revenue

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience leading a sales team
  • Minimum 5+ years in a sales environment
  • Experience in telecommunications, ICT solutions, or B2B sales is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Target Account Selling (TAS) or Strategic Selling
  • Miller Heiman certification or equivalent sales training is an asset
  • Demonstrated expertise in ICT solutions and value proposition selling
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
