Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Transport luggage to and from rooms
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist with guest requests and directions
- Maintain cleanliness of bell desk and lobby area
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams
- Handle valet or parking assistance when needed
- Deliver items to guest rooms promptly
- Support special guest arrangements or VIP services
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, approachable, and respectful manner
- Team-oriented with a service-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of the local area and resort layout
- Dependability and strong time management skills
