Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of cell phone issues
- Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and buttons
- Conduct software updates and troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cell phone repair technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of various cell phone models & operating systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
