Job Description

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Clean Tek, you’ll coordinate and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations. Your ability to manage schedules, address absences, and maintain cleaning standards will be vital in this dynamic role. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are mandatory.

Responsibility

• Supervise cleaning staff at multiple locations during morning and evening shifts
• Conduct daily site visits to ensure presence, safety, and work quality
• Address absences by arranging substitutes or filling in when necessary
• Support and assist cleaners with transportation or work-related concerns
• Ensure cleaning standards are met across all assigned locations
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Communicate effectively with both management and cleaning staff

Experience and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a personal vehicle
• Experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and shifting priorities
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities
• Willingness to step in when necessary and work flexible hours
• Detail-oriented approach to cleanliness and staff performance
