Responsibility

• Prepare high-quality meals according to recipes and portion control standards
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Follow dietary restrictions and special meal requests as needed

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant cooking
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in meal preparation
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
