Responsibility

• Customer Service: Seek ways to improve service delivery by assessing the organization and its service from the customer’s point of view.
• Scheduling: Responsible for the coordination of published fight and cabin crew rosters, ensuring correct crew complement and compliance with regulatory, industrial and company requirements.
• Operational Effectiveness: Assesses available resources during disruption and implementation of cost effective, legal recovery plans in accordance with any regulatory and company policies.
• Compliance: Ensures compliance with national and international aviation requirements, and in particular, with the terms and conditions of TTCAA.
• Relationship Management: Builds and develops internal and external relationships in the best interests of the Company.

Experience and Qualifications

• You must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related position, preferably in the airline industry, with a minimum of (5) CXC passes, including Maths and English.
• You must be proficient in the MS Office Suite and, in particular, Word and Excel.
• You must understand the aviation operational environment, or similar logistical operation would be an asset.
• You must be able to work a shift system.

You will have a strong customer service orientation, the ability to work independently; be able to make real-time decisions under pressure, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills.
