Job Description
Dominica Electricity Services Ltd. (DOMLEC) seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk for immediate employment in the Engineering, Transmission & Department at the Portsmouth Office. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and supporting operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibility
- Generating, dispatching of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cases
- Resolving customer complaints
- Performing clerical functions
Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional or specialised training and/or exposure to:
- Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain good customer relations
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM or similar database
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge
