Perky's Pizza seeks a skilled Dough Maker to join our team. Your role includes preparing dough according to our recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about pizza making.
Responsibility
- Prepare dough according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory of dough ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or baking
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Physical stamina to handle kitchen tasks

Perky’s Pizza in Roseau is a food service company which began in February 1999. We provide to our customers a variety of Freshly made pizzas, Trinidadian style roti, bussup shot and a variety of drinks inclusive of fresh local juices. Our new location built up to international standards is air-conditioned and comes with a courtyard where customers can enjoy favorable weather out in the open. We maintain a clean environment and our Food service comes with staff who are trained in Food Handling Safety. Our Certificate of Approval from the Environmental Health and Food Safety is hanging on our wall. The ambiance at Perky’s Pizza is further enhanced by certified Food Handlers who are courteous and customer friendly to showcase Perky’s Pizza in Roseau as a place to experience fine dining of wholesome food without trepidation. All of this is complemented by our delivery service for those customers who are unable to come to us.
McBredstong Foods Limited which is part of the Tonge Group of Companies was founded in 1999 by Mr. Curtis Tonge as a fully fledged restaurant, pizzeria, bar and courtyard offering an extremely wide menu to customers. However, over the years the company was streamlined to operate only as Perky’s Pizza. Mr. Curtis Tonge is the Chairman of the Tonge Group of Companies, whilst Perky’s Pizza is Managed by Ms. Valerie Tonge.
